Her experience in Acting began at a very young age and She registered in an agency when she was 6 years old. In 2017, she got her first big break in a Netflix series, Shadow_ where she played the role of Zinhle, Pallence Dladla’s daughter. In 2019, she got her first role in a Short Film Grave Confession where she played the role of Mae.

She also did an FNB TV commercial in the same year. In 2021, Zekhethelo played a featured role as Thandeka in a Netflix Feature Film, Collision.

While we thought it was quiet in the year of 2022, Zekhethelo got an opportunity to play a supporting role in a Mzansi Magic Television series, ISIFISO playing the role of Nozi Gambu.
