It was founded by Carolyn Baldwin in 1999, the company was created after having seen that the South African market was in need of a Pageantry system that was exceptional and most importantly honest and fair.

The title holders have been involved in various charity and communication work around South Africa, along with the millions of Rands raised by the title holders with the various functions they have done. It is estimated that more than 800 000 people have been assisted in a way by the events that the title holders have put together for those in need.
