Why aren’t the brother’s kids included in this discussion, they are well in their 20s why do they keep on referring to them like they are minors

Tonight’s episode is teaching us a very important lesson. Always report the deceased estate at the master’s office. This episode is a Lesson to many families and people need to learn about the show. Each week Mamaza solve different cases where two families fight over the inheritance.
The deceased children are staying with their grandmother, but their father left a house, and the family of daughter in-law took everything inclusive the house. Both husband and wife passed away and the children of the husband are now struggling as the wife’s family do not want to share the estate. Apparently, their brothers’ children were not included in the will.
The family of the daughter in-law is fighting over inheritance that has nothing to do with them and after they committed fraud to steal their inheritance. They don’t even know the children’s ages, but they are fighting for them.
The owner of the will died in 2010 while the will was draw in 2007. The other will says the lady passed in 2010 but her will was signed in 2014.
The father said that her daughter didn’t know these kids but later change his story and say these kids were disrespecting to her daughter that’s why she left everything in his possession.
