Muvhango actress Gugulethu Mzobe has thanked the show for giving her an opportunity to learn.
The actress, who plays Rosemary on the show, said she got an opportunity to do some stunts co-ordination for the soapie.
She took to social media to thank the show for believing in her.
“So @muvhangosa gave me a chance to explore my other talents a bit. I got a chance to do stunt co-ordination professionally for the very first time and I loved every bit,” she wrote.
She said it is a big deal for her because there aren’t a lot of females doing the job.
“This is a big deal for me considering there are no black female-owned companies doing this in SA film and television industry. I’m super grateful for the opportunity, Ngiyabonga @wordofmouthpictures,” she wrote.
The actress joined the show last year.
People in her comment section congratulated her.
Instagram user Mlondi Jali said Gugu inspires him.
“You are doing great on the show. I am super inspired by you. I wish you more acting roles. You’re extremely talented,” he wrote.
Bontle Dutchess wrote: “I remember those two scenes. You did great, my love. Happy for you.”
