As Christmas approaches, two South African celebrities, DJ Lamiez Holworthy and TV personality Moshe Ndiki, are reflecting on the blessings of the year. Lamiez, Holworthy who is married to rapper Khuli Chana, shared a heartfelt post on social media, expressing her gratitude despite the challenges she faced this year. “A few hours away from Christmas and my heart is filled with gratitude,” she wrote. “I wish for nothing this year (well, except that Gwagon or Cayenne GTS but it’s okay… I’m in no rush, Santa).” She continued, “All jokes aside though, I struggled a bit this year—struggled to find a balance between being a new working mom, wife, my career, friends, family, and even with my dog. But God blessed me with the best support system—between my husband, mom, siblings, my team, and friends—we made it, and in hindsight? In hindsight, this year wasn’t all that bad.” DJ Lamiez Holworthy ended her post by asking her followers: “What are you most grateful for this year?” Meanwhile, Moshe Ndiki, a popular TV presenter and actor, shared his excitement for Christmas with a sweet post of him and his twins. “Merry Christmas from me and my little family,” he wrote. “Their 2nd Christmas of many to come. PS: I still can’t believe God blessed me with these two, how loved and favoured am I.”
