South African actress and reality television personality Manaka Ranaka has recently shared her profound sorrow following the tragic loss of her cherished daughter, Katlego. Earlier this year, Katlego passed away, leaving an indelible void in the hearts of her loved ones. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Manaka expressed the depth of her grief and her ongoing battle to remain resilient for the sake of her other children. Manaka penned, “Umtanami ulele (my child is resting).
I wish I could say it’s getting easier but I can’t, not yet. My mornings are the toughest. Most times it’s hard to get up and face the world! But for Lele, Seni, and Mpho, I kick those blankets!!! I make sure I get up for them and myself. Rest Eazy MyBigGirl.”

A heartbroken Thandokuhle Ranaka, who is Katlego’s cousin, wrote, “Never did I think that this day would come so soon. My heart is broken, you have left me with a wound that I don’t know how to heal. Until I find the words, till we meet again…”
