Fitness guru Sbahle Mpisane was candid about why she had a non-surgical procedure after she fulfilled an oath she made to herself three years ago.
She did a 3D rhinoplasty, which she said was the latest non-surgical alternative to surgical rhinoplasty, or a nose job as its commonly known. She recently shared on her Instagram timeline that she thought about doing the procedure after her horrific car accident in 2018 that left her with 80% broken bones.
“Before my car accident in 2018 I had one of the most beautiful nose structures which was badly damaged and I made an oath to myself in 2019 that I will fix it. I did this cosmetic surgery last Thursday with @drlestonn to finally improve the current appearance of my nose #AnsweredPrayers. The procedure will be completed next week and I will post a full video of the procedure on my YouTube Sbahle’s Visual Book account,” she wrote.
In May this year the fitness guru shared in detail the extent of her car accident injuries and recovery in a lengthy Instagram post.
“During my car accident, 80% of my bones were broken. I was like a toasted slice of bread that was crumpled up,” said Sbahle.
She recounted her injuries and thanked all those who played a part in her recovery.
“My arms were broken, including my beautiful hands, my left knee, ankle plus toes were broken and my right foot was badly broken from my hip, thigh, knee, foot, toe, but my ankle bone was completely discharged out of my foot at scene 18/08/2018.”
