In a viral photo of the Sangoma and an elderly woman from Malawi, netizens are criticising Maweni for being proud of “bewitching” people.
Some are even afraid that if they unleash too much anger at the ‘Izangoma Zodumo’ star, they will be cursed.
People on social media are sick and tired of Gogo Maweni when she is bragging about her witchcraft on social media. This is not the first post that people have been complaining about it, is for some time now we see such about her.
On the issues of witchcraft she is always praising her skill. Witchcraft is not something that a person should display on social media. Especially in South Africa knowing very well how communities treat witches.
She is putting her life at risk, at any time whether she was joking or she’s looking for fame, it might be taken serious and the community might use it against her. In such a frustrated community where people are hungry, people can’t find jobs, businesses are not doing well, she comes and brag about something like this. She might pay for what she does not know.
