Ayanda Borotho, Ernest Ndlovu, Nothando Ngcobo, and Phumzile Mlangani are the stars of the new program uZulu no Mhlaba on Mzansi Magic (DStv 161).

The show’s premiere is on October 30 at 00:00 and features a portion of Ulundi, a township in KwaZulu-Natal. Ihhashi Elimhlophe, a renowned maskandi musician, also makes a special appearance on the program.

The program debuts on October 30 at 20:00 and features a special appearance by Maskandi legend Ihhashi Elimhlophe. The drama centers on two maskandi musicians named Zulu (Aphiwe Bengu) and Mhlaba (Ntokozo Vilakazi), who get into a violent argument over music before realizing they are more alike than they thought.

Shirley Adonisi, director of local entertainment channels for M-Net, said they were excited to introduce a brand-new show to their schedule and that the next event’s slot was one of their “strongest performers.”
